 We are a team of sisters with impeccable standards, unwavering work ethic and a commitment to excellence in every detail.

In 1961 our grandfather co-founded a company in Chicago, Illinois with three other gentlemen. It was called Arrow Plastic Manufacturing, and it left an enduring impact on our lives. Although it is no longer family-owned since our grandfather passed in 1984, the business is still operating today as Arrow Home Products in Elk Grove Village, Illinois—something we’re incredibly proud of.

When it came time to name our flooring company, ideas were flying around like water balloons in July. Ultimately, because this is a family business too, we felt it was only right to honor our grandfather by naming it Aarrow Services, carrying forward his legacy. It doesn’t hurt that it starts with an “A,” putting us first in the phone book—though when I asked my 11-year-old son about that, he had no idea what a phone book even is!

Family has always been at the heart of everything we do. Not just because they’re who we love, but because they gave us the foundation to become savvy businesswomen—able to juggle work, home, kids, husbands, groceries, dinners, and the occasional disaster, all while dancing backward in high heels. As the driving force behind Aarrow, Kristeen is an incredible leader and patient teacher, known for her hands-on approach, industry expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality and integrity. She has been rockin’ the flooring industry for over ten years, is CIM-certified, and brings both precision and passion to every project she leads.

A devoted mother, grandma and wife, Kristeen is truly the glue that holds both her family and the business together. She leads with heart, balance, and authenticity, creating a culture built on trust, hard work, and genuine relationships—values that define both who she is and how Aarrow operates.

Katie J. Prickett - Lead Estimator

Katie serves as Lead Estimator at Aarrow, bringing precision, organization, and knowledge to every project. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and thorough approach, she ensures each estimate is accurate, transparent, and tailored to the client’s needs.

Beyond her role at Aarrow, she is a dedicated wife and mother — experiences that have shaped her strong work ethic, time management skills, and commitment to reliability. She takes pride in supporting both clients and project teams by setting projects up for success from the very beginning.
